RESOLUTION 14-125
APPROVING PUBLIC SIDEWALK EASEMENT WITHIN LOT 29 OF PAINTED
WOODS PLAT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Wade and Trisha Eldridge (the "Property Owner")have requested approval of a
Public Sidewalk Easement related to Lot 29 of Painted Woods Plat 3,an official plat in the City
of Waukee,Dallas County,Iowa;AND
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 19th day of May,2014 that the Public Sidewalk Easement related to Lot 29 of Painted
Woods Plat 3 be and the same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City
of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easement to be filed:
1.Public Sidewalk Easement;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
Public Utility Easement,as well as any other documents related thereto,wi the Dallas County
Recorder.
