RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,FORM
OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST
WHEREAS,on the 28th day of May,2014,plans,specifications,form of contract and
estimate of cost were filed with the Clerk for the construction of certain public improvements
described in general as 2014 Pavement Patching Project;and
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee received quotations until 2:00 P.M.on June 2,2014 for
the2014 Pavement Patching Project:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WAUKEE,STATE OF IOWA:
Section 1.That the plans,specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost are hereby
approved as the plans,specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost for the public
improvements,as described in the preamble of this Resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 9th day of June,2014.
