RESOLUTION 14-170
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[2014 PAVEMENT PATCHING PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTIIOMTY OF THE CITY OF WAUEEE,IONIA
WHEREAS,The Concrete Contracting Company of Grimes,IA,has completed the
public improvements associated with the 2014 Pavement Patching Project;AND,
%'HEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
2014 Pavement Patching Project and confirm that said improvements constructed as a
part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 7'"day of July,2014,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the 2014 P avement P atching Proj ect.
