AMENDING COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON-REPRESENTED CITY
EMPLOYEES FOR FY2015
IN THE NAME AND BYTHE A UTHOMTY OF THE CITY OF WA USE,
IONIA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
~RKAS,on March 17,2014,the City Council approved the FY2015 Compensation Plan
and Wage Rate for City employees whose positions are not represented by the City of Waukee
Collective Bargaining Unit (Resolution ¹14-079);AND,
WHEREAS,on May 19,2014,the City Council approved an amendment to the FY2015
Compensation Plan and Wage Rate to add the Communications Director position (Resolution
¹14-119);AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recommend the addition of the Technical Services Specialist position to
the compensation plan;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
21"day of July,2014,that the amended compensation plan for non-represented city employees
for FY2015,which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made part of this resolution,is hereby
approved.
