APPROVING SERVICE AGRKKMKNT PROPOSALS WITH THK WALDINGKR
CORPORATION FOR INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF HVAC SYSTEMS
WITHIN CERTAIN CITY BUILDINGS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UEEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,for the past several years,the Waukee City Council approved Service
Agreement Proposals with The Waldinger Corporation for HVAC inspections and
maintenance for Waukee City Hall,Waukee Public Safety and Waukee Public Library
facilities;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff is satisfied with the work done in the past by The Waldinger
Corporation and recommends retaining the services of The Waldinger Corporation for another
year;
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 21"day of July,2014,that the Service Agreement Proposals with The Waldinger
Corporation for inspection and maintenance of HVAC systems within ceitain city buildings is
hereby accepted and approved;
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the City
Administrator is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of th ity.
