RESOLUTION 14-186
APPROVING CERTIFICATION TRAINING EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT
AGREEMKNT BETWEEN SUSAN KIKS AND THK CITY OF WAUKEE,IA
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOMTY OF THE CITY OF WA USE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County„State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Police Department has made an offer of employment as a Police
Officer to Susan Kies,who has accepted the position;AND,
WHEREAS,in order to fulfill her duties as a Waukee Police Officer,Ms.Kies is required to
undergo training through the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy;AND;
WHEREAS,City staff recommends approval of a Certification Training Expense
Reimbursement Agreement to address matters related to Ms.Kies'training;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 21"day of July,2014,that the Certification Training Expense Reimbursement Agreement
between Susan Kies and the City of Waukee,IA,is hereby accepted and appr ed.
