RESOLUTION 14-207
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR PRAIRIE CROSSING PLAT 5
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHOMTY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Alices L,C,(the "Developer")has requested final approval of Prairie Crossing Plat
5 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on June 24,2014;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Prairie Crossing Plat 5 and the documents relating thereto comply
in all respects with Section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND)
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 4"'day of August,2014,that the Final Plat for Prairie Crossing Plat 5 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final review
and approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed for Lots A,B and C;
2.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
3.Public Utility Easement;
4.Public Storm Sewer Easement;
5,Public Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Easement;
6.Public Overland Flowage Easement;
7.Public Detention Basin Easement;
8.Public Landscape Buffer Easement;
9.Temporary Siltation Basin Easement;
10.Temporary Turnaround Easement;
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Prairie Crossing Plat 5,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the
Dallas County Recorder.
