RESOLUTION 14-206
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR SPYGLASS PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Spyglass 2,LLC (the "Developer")has requested final approval of Spyglass Plat 2
(the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on June 24,2014;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Spyglass Plat 2 and the documents relating thereto comply in all
respects with Section $303 —Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 4"'day of August,2014,that the Final Plat for Spyglass Plat 2 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final review and
approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed for Lots A,B and C;
2.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
3.Public Utility Easement;
4.Public Storm Sewer Easement;
5.Public Water Main,Gas Main and Storm Sewer Easement;
6.Public Overland Flowage Easement;
7.Public Landscape Buffer Easement;
8.Temporary Construction Easement and Permanent Sanitary Sewer Easement (off-
site);
9,Overland Flowage and Storm Sewer Easement (off-site);
10.Detention Basin and Storage Maintenance Easement (off-site);
11.Petition,Contract and Waiver —Ute Avenue Improvements;
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Spyglass Plat 2,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas
County Recorder.
