RESOLUTION 14-197
APPROVING PUBLIC OVERLAND FLOWAGE KASKMKNT WITHIN LOT 15 OF
WARRIOR RIDGE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A USE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Grayhawk Homes of Iowa,Inc.(the "Property Owner")have requested approval of
a Public Overland Flowage Easement related to Lot 15 of Warrior Ridge,an official plat in the
City of Waukee,Dallas County,Iowa;AND
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 4"'day of August,2014 that the Public Overland Flowage Easement related to Lot 15 of
Warrior Ridge be and the same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City
of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easement to be filed:
1.Public Overland Flowage Easement;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
Public Overland Flowage Easement,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the
Dallas County Recorder.
