APPROVING TIIK CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
BROOKSIDK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOMTY OF THE CITY OF 8"A USE,IOSM
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Brookside;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section $303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this N day of&moh,2014 that the Construction Drawings for Brookside be
approved.
