RESOLUTION 14-234
APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR BROOI&SIDE TOWNHOMKS PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOIUTY OF THE CITY OF PA UKEE,IOPM
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,J Dev,LLC (the "Developer")has requested final approval of Brookside
Townhomes Plat 1 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recorrnnended approval of
the Plat on July 22,2014;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Brookside Townhomes Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto
comply in all respects with Section $303 —Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 2""day of September,2014,that the Final Plat for Brookside Townhomes Plat 1 be and
the same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to
final review and approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed for Outlot Y (City Park);
2.Public Utility Easement;
3.Public Overland Flowage Easement;
4.Public Landscape Buffer Easement;
5.Private Ingress/Egress and Utility Easement;
6.Private Storm Sewer Easement;
7.Private Detention Easement;
8.Storm Water Maintenance Agreement;
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Brookside Townhomes Plat 1,as well as any other documents related thereto,with
the Dallas County Recorder.
