RESOLUTION 14-257
APPROVING THK SITE PLAN FOR BOULDER POINTK TOWNHOMES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOMTY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOSM
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
Boulder Pointe Townhomes on September 9,2014;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Boulder Pointe Townhomes is in general conformance with $304
—Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 15th day of September,2014,that the Site Plan for Boulder Pointe Tow mes is approved.
