RESOLUTION 14-256
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 8
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA USE,
IONIA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Hubbell Metropolitan Development Fund I,LLC (Series E)and Hubbell Realty
Company (collectively the "Developer")has requested final approval of Glynn Village Plat 8
(the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on September 9,2014;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Glynn Village Plat 8 and the documents relating thereto comply
in all respects with Section )303 —Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW,THERKFORK,BE IT RKSOLVKD by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 15"'day of September,2014,that the Final Plat for Glynn Village Plat 8 be and the same
is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final
review and approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed for Lots A and B (Street Lots);
2.Public Utility Easement;
3.Public Water Main Easement;
4.Public Storm Water Detention Basin Easement;
5.Public Overland Flowage Easement;
6.Public Trail Easement;
7.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
8.Public Storm Sewer and Surface Water Flowage Easement;
9.Public Storm Sewer Easement;
10.Temporary Grading and Utility Easement;
11.Temporary Siltation Basin Easement;
12.Temporary Surface Water Flowage Easement;
13.Storm Water Maintenance Agreement;
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Glynn Village Plat 8,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas
County Recorder.
