RESOLUTION 14-248
ACCKPTINC PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [GRANT PARI&PLAT 3]
IN THE NAME AND BYTHE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Priority Excavating of Des Moines,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with Grant Park Plat 3;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Grant Park Plat 3 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project
are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NO%'THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 15"day of September,2014,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Grant Park Plat 3.
