ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [PRAIRIE CROSSING PLAT 5]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHOMTY OF THE CITY OF BRUISE,IO1FA
WHEREAS,McAiunch,Inc.,of Des Moines,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with Prairie Crossing Plat 5;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Prairie Crossing Plat 5 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee,
NO%'TIIKREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session tins 15"day of September,2014,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Prairie Crossing Plat 5.
