AWARDING QUOTE FOR 2015 STREET MEDIAN LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHOMTY OF THE CITE'OF WA UKEE,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
That the following quote for the maintenance of certain public improvements described in
general as the 2015 Street Median Landscape Maintenance Project and described in the Street
Median Landscape Maintenance Request for Quotes that was provided to the vendors be and is
hereby accepted,the same being the lowest responsible quote received for such work,as follows:
Contractor:RJ Lawn Service,Inc.,of Waukee,Iowa,
Amount of quote:$12,500.00
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 15'"day of September,2014.
