RESOLUTION 14-244
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE'S ANNUAL STREET FINANCE
REPORT,AND DIRECTING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE OF THE CITY OF
WAUKEE TO FILE THK REPORT WITH THK DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS,the Waukee Director of Finance has submitted to the City Council of the
City of Waukee the 2014 Street Finance Report for the City of Waukee,iowa;AND
WHEREAS,the report shows total Road Use Funds available in the amount of
$1,700,468 and total expenditures of $1,632,482 in the Road Use Fund,with an ending
Road Use Fund Balance of $67,986;AND
WHEREAS,the report shows total Road Use related funds available from all funds in
the amount of $12,058,731and total expenditures in the amount of $10,089,564;AND
WHEREAS,the City Council finds that the funds for road use purposes have been used
for their intended purpose,
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED that the City of Waukee hereby approves
the Street Finance Report and directs the Director of Finance to file the same with the
Department of Transportation on this 15"'day of September,2014.
