RESOLUTION 14-276
APPROVING THK SITE PLAN FOR SHOTTKNKIRK CHEVROLET
(150 NORTH 6 STREET)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOIUTY OF THE CITY OF WA USE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Cormnission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Shottenkirk Chevrolet (150 North 6'"Street)on October 7,2014;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for 150 North 6'"Street is in general conformance with )304 —Site
and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Murucipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for 150 North 6'"Street is in general conformance with (301.27(A)—
Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 13th day of October 2014 that the Site Plan for 150 No&th 6'"Street is approved.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Waukee City Council authorizes the approval of cost
sharing of the storm water drainage improvements associated with the construction of a new
drainage tile across N.6'"Street in an amount not to exceed $16,914.40.
