RESOLUTION 14-275
APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR SHOTTENKIRK WAUIMK PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FAUKEE,IOS'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Shottenkirk Partnership,LP (the "Developer")has requested final approval of
Shottenkirk Waukee Plat 2 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on October 7,2014;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Shottenkirk Waukee Plat 2 and the documents relating thereto
comply in all respects with Section $303 —Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 13"day of October,2014,that the Final Plat for Shottenkirk Waukee Plat 2 be and the
same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final
review and approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed for Lot A;
2.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
3.Public Storm Sewer and Overland Flowage Easement;
4.Public Water Main and Gas Main Easement;
5.Ingress/Egress Easement;
6.Detention Basin and Storage Maintenance Easement;
7.Private Storm Sewer Easement (off-site};
8.Private Storm Sewer Easement (off-site};
9.Petition,Contract and Waiver —North 6'"Street Improvements;
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Shottenkirk Waukee Plat 2,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the
Dallas County Recorder.
