RESOLUTION 14-279
APPROVING CIVIC HR SUBSCRIPTION ORDER
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA USE,I08'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Htunan Resource Department recommends subscribing to an additional
module for the City of Waukee website to address certain needs for that department;AND,
WHEREAS,the module offers a recruiting system which presents the City in a professional
manner to those looking for open position,tracks and stores applications in a manner that
makes them retrievable by any data contained in the application,and provides automated
responses to applicants;AND,
WHEREAS,the module also calculates HR metrics such as EEO required demographics,
recruitment response,open positions and turnover;and tracks staff certifications,education
and training.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that it
hereby approves the Civic HR Subscription Order.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 20'"day of
October,2014.
