AMENDING THK FINAL PLAT NAME FOR BROOKSIDK TO~OMES
PI AT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHOMTY OF THE CITY OF WA USE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,iowa is a duly organized municipality witliin Dallas
Comity;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee approved the final plat for Brookside Townhomes Plat
1 on Glynn Village Plat 8 on September 2,2014;AND,
WHEREAS,the Dallas County Auditor's Office has determined that the final plat
cannot be filed with Dallas County because the final plat name is too similar to a final
plat already filed within Dallas County;AND,
WHEREAS,the developer,J Dev,LLC has requested that the final plat name be
changed from Brookside Townhomes Plat 1 to Brookridge Townhomes Plat 1 and the
Dallas County Auditor has approved of the name change.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLUED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session tliis 20 'day of October,2014 that it hereby approves amending the final plat
name for Brookside Towiihomes Plat 1 to Brookridge Townhomes Plat 1.
