RESOLUTION 14-282
APPROVING AGREEMENT AND FKK PROPOSAL WITH PUBLIC
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT FOR DISSEMINATION AGENT SERVICES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PA UKEE,IOP'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,it is in the best interest of the City to utilize a Financial Advisor for the
purpose of providing dissemination agent services in compliance with the Securities and
Exchange Connnission Rule 15{c)2-12.This includes notice to issuers that Annual
Disclosure Report will be corIIng due,preparation of information required in the Aimual
Disclosure Report to be supplied by issuer,research information from outside parties for
issuer,compilation and submission of Annual Disclosure Report,and the filing of all
material events that may occur during life of bond;AND,
WHEREAS,the Mayor and City Council have received an agreement dated October 6,th
2014,from Jenny Blankenship on behalf of the firm of Public Financial Management
related to dissemination agent services.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa,in
session tins 20th day of October 2014,does hereby approve the Agreement and Fee
Proposal with Public Financial Management for Dissemination Agent Service .
