RESOLUTION 14-289
AMENDING ADDRESS FOR LOT 11 OF GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 8
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'AUTRE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee approved the final plat for Glynn Village Plat 8 on
September 15,2014 and recorded said final plat with Dallas County;AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined that there was a scriveners error related to Lot 11 of
Glynn Village Plat 8.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20'"day of October,2014 that it hereby approves amending the local address
of Lot 11 of Glynn Village Plat 8 as shown on said plat from 2065 Brodie Street to 2055
Brodie Street.
A copy of this resolution shall be filed of record with the Dallas County,Iowa Recorder.
