RESOLUTION 14-288
APPROVING CONSENT TO PLAT FOR MAPLE GROVE WEST PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOIUTY OF THE CITY OF WA USE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality witliin Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Maple Grove West,LLC (the "Developer")has submitted a final plat for
approval of Maple Grove West Plat 4 (the "Plat")by the City of West Des Moines,Iowa;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Plat includes propeity designated as Street Lot E and Outlot T which is
located within the City Limits of the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,prior to approval and recording of the final plat,the Developer is required
to receive consent to the final plat for the portion of the plat which is located within the
Waukee City Limits.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20"'day of October,2014 that it hereby approves the consent to plat of Street
Lot E and Outlot T of Maple Grove West Plat 4.
