RESOLUTION 14-303
APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHQRITY OF THE CITY OF WA UXEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Xenia Rural Water District has presented a Memorandum of Understanding
wherein the City will provide Water service to certain properties pursuant to the terms thereof;
AND
WHEREAS,the City has significant water capacity and pressure to serve the properties and it is
in the best interest of the City,and the properties,that the City provide water service to the
properties at this time.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 24'"day of October,2014,that the Memorandum of Understanding is approved.
