RESOLUTION 14-313
APPROVING AND A.CCKPTING KASKMKNTS RELATED TO WACO PLACK
IMPROVEMENTS (9S STREET)
IN THE NAME AND BYTHE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UEEE,
IONIA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee shares a conunon boundary with the City of West Des Moines
along Waco Place (98"Street);AND,
WHEREAS,Maple Grove West,LLC (the "Developer")has submitted a final plat for approval
of Maple Grove West Plat 4 (the "Plat")to the City of West Des Moines,Iowa which includes
street improvements to Waco Place (98"Street);AND,
WHEREAS,certain off-site easements located within the City of Waukee are necessary related
to the improvements to Waco Place (98'"Street).
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that it hereby
approves and accepts the easements related to the Waco Place (98 'Street)street improvements.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 3'day of November,
2014.
