APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR BLUKSTKM PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOIUTY OF THE CITY OF WA USE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission reviewed and recormnended
approval of a Preliminary Plat for Bluestem Plat 2 on October 28,2014;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Painted Woods West is in general conformance with
section $303 -Land Subdivision OrChnance of the Waukee Mmncipal Code.
NO%'THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 3'day of November,2014,that the Preliminary Plat for Bluestem Plat 2 be approved.
