RESOLUTION 14-307
APPROVING SERVICE ORDER AGREEMENT WITH KNVKNTIS TO
PROVIDE FIBER OPTIC INTERNET CONNKCTIVITY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHOIUTY OF THE CITY OF WA USE,IOV A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized mmucipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,quotes have been submitted by three different internet providers related to
the installation of fiber optic cable at the Waukee Public Safety Building to provide
connectivity for all City facilities using the internet (the "Project");AND,
WHEREAS,after review of the quotes,City staff reconunends approval of an agreement
with Enventis related to the Project;AND;
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the agreement and finds it satisfactory.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3'day of November,2014,that it hereby approves the Service Order
Agreement with Enventis to provide fiber optic internet connectivity.
