RESOLUTION 14-312
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [PRAIRIE CROSSING PLAT 3]
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHOMTYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,McAiiinch,Inc.,of Des Moines,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with Prairie Crossing Plat 3;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Prairie Crossing Plat 3 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of tliis
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3'day of November,2014,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Prairie Crossing Plat 3.
