RESOLUTION 14-311
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [WESTOWN MEADOWS PLAT 2]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA USE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality witliin Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Priority Excavating of Des Moines,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with Westown Meadows Plat 2;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
%estown Meadows Plat 2 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of
this proj ect are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of yankee City Council in
session tins 3""day of November,2014,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Westown Meadows Plat 2.
