RESOLUTION 14-327
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
GRANT WOODS WAUKKK PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHQRITY OF THE CITY OF IVA UKEE,IO8"A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Grant Woods
Waukee Plat 1;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section $303 —Land
Subdhvision Ordincmce of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on tius 17"day of November,2014 that the Construction Drawings for Grant
Woods Waukee Plat 1 be approved subject to the applicant securing an easement from
the property owner of 1180 SE Indigo Lane to construct sanitary sewer improvements.
