RESOLUTION 14-299
APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR WILLOW PINKS PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOtuTY OF THE CITY OF WA USE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Willow Pines,LLC (the "Developer")has requested final approval of Willow
Pines Plat 1 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission reconunended approval of
the Plat on October 14,2014;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Willow Pines Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto comply in
all respects with Section (303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on tins 20"'day of October,2014,that the Final Plat for Willow Pines Plat 1 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final review
and approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed for Lots A,B,C and D (Street Lots);
2,Public Utility Easement;
3.Public Water Main Easement;
4.Public Storm Water Detention Basin Easement;
5.Public Surface Water Flowage Easement;
6.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
7.Public Storm Sewer and Surface Water Flowage Easement;
8.Public Storm Sewer and Sanitary Sewer Easement;
9.Public Storm Sewer Easement;
10,Public Purpose Easement;
11.Snow Easement;
12.Landscape Buffer Easement;
13.Storm Water Maintenance Agreement;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Willow Pines Plat 1,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas
County Recorder,
