RESOLUTION 14-298
APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR FOX CREEK ESTATES PLAT 5
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA USE,IOS'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Perfect Acres,L.C.(the "Developer")has requested final approval of Fox Creek
Estates Plat 5 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Plaiuiing and Zoning Commission reconiinended approval of
the Plat on July 22,2014;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Fox Creek Estates Plat 5 and the documents relating thereto
comply in all respects with Section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on tliis 20"day of October,2014,that the Final Plat for Fox Creek Estates Plat 5 be and the same
is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final
review and approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed for Lots A-F(Street Lots);
2.Public Utility Easement;
3.Public Overland Flowage Easement;
4.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
5.Public Storm Sewer and Overland Flowage Easement;
6.Public Storm Sewer Easement;
7.Landscape Buffer Easement;
8.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement (offsite);
9.Public Overland Flowage Easement (offsite);
10.Public Storm Sewer Easement (offsite);
11.Public Water Main Easement (offsite);
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Fox Creek Estates Plat 5,as well as any other documents related thereto,with.the
Dallas County Recorder.
