RESOLUTION OF THK CITY OF WAUIM&E'S STATE OF IOWA 2014
FINANCIAL REPORT)AND DIRECTING THK DIRECTOR OF FINANCE FOR
THE CITY OF WAUIWK TO FILE THK REPORT WITH
THE AUDITOR OF STATE
WHEREAS,The Waukee Director of Finance has submitted to the City Council of the
City of Waukee,the State of Iowa 2014 Financial Report for the City of Waukee,Iowa;
AND
WHEREAS,the report shows total Revenues in the amount of $46,033,231 and total
Expenditures of $40,713,559 with an Ending Fund Balance of $40,693,355;AND
WHEREAS,the report is required to be published and submitted to the Auditor of State
by December 1st of each year;AND
WHEREAS,the report will be published in the Dallas County News on Thursday,
November 20"',2014;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Waukee hereby approves
the State of Iowa 2014 Financial Report and directs the Director of Finance to submit it to
the Auditor of State,ties 17'"day of November 2014.
