APPROVING CITY OF WAUKKK COMPLETE COMVIUNITY
STRATEGY AGRKEMKNT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOIUTY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UEEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council has expressed their desire to create a "Complete
Community"for residents and business owners winch offers a diverse tax base,career
opportunities,personal and professional services,and more;AND,
WHKRAS,the next step towards a Complete Cormnunity is through the creation of City
positioning and branding;AND,
WHEREAS,Flynn Wright has provided a contract to research and facilitate the creation
of the City's positioning and branding,as well as the execution and implementation phase
in plamung towards a Complete Community.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa,on this 17'"day of November,2014,that the City of Waukee Complete Community
Strategy agreement is hereby approved.
