AWARDING QUOTE AND APPROVING CONTRACT [LIFT STATION NO.4
EMERGENCY SEWER LINK EROSION CONTROL PROJECT]
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IONIA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
That the following quote for ceitain public improvements described in general as the Lift
Station No.4 Emergency Sewer Line Erosion Control Project,described in the Request for
Quotes that was provided to the vendors,be and is hereby accepted,the same being the lowest
responsible quote received for such work,as follows:
Contractor:J 2,K Contracting of Ames,IA
Amount of quote:$91,630.00
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
That the project contract for ceitain public improvements described in general as the Lift
Station No.4 Emergency Sewer Line Erosion Control Project,and as described in detail in the
plans and specifications for said public unprovements is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 1"day of December,2014
