RESOLUTION 14-353
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR HICKMAN WEST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OI'WA UEEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Gym Space,L,L,C.has requested final approval of Hickinan West Industrial Park
Plat 3 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Plamiing and Zoning Conunission reconunended approval of
the Plat on December 9,2014 subject to completion of remaining staff conunents;AND,
%HKRKAS,the Final Plat for Hickman West Industrial Park Plat 3 and the documents relating
thereto will comply with Section (303 —I.cmd Szkdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 15'day of December,2014,that the Final Plat for Hickinan West Industrial Park Plat 3
be and the same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat,subject to review and approval of the City
Attorney of the same:
1.Declaration of Easements
