RESOLUTION MAIGNG AWARD OF COMMISSIONING
CONTRACT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUIME,
STATE OF IOWA;
Section 1,That the following bid to act as commissioning agent for the construction of
certain public improvements described in general as the Waukee Public Library HVAC
Improvement Project,described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this
Council on December 15,2014,be and is hereby accepted,the same being the lowest responsive,
responsible bid received for such work,as follows:
Contractor:SystemWorks,LLC,of West Des Moines,IA
Wnoruxt of bid:$7,680.00
Portion of proj ect:Commissioning Agent
Section 2.That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to execute the contract with the
conunissioning agent for the construction of the public improvements,such contract not to be
binding on the City until approved by tins Council.
PASSED AND APPROVED tins 15th day of December,2014.
