RESOLUTION 14-354
AMENDINC COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON-REPRESENTED CITY
EMPLOYEES FOR FY2015
IN THE NAklE AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF JVAUEEE,IONIA
VRIKRKAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality witlnn Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,on March 17,2014,the City Council approved the FY2015 Compensation Plan
and Wage Rate for City employees whose positions are not represented by the City of Waukee
Collective Bargaining Unit (Resolution ¹14-079);AND,
WHEREAS,on May 19,2014,and July 21,2014,the City Council approved amendments to the
FY2015 Compensation Plan and Wage Rate (Resolutions ¹14-119,14-185);AND,
WHEREAS,the pay range for some hourly positions were listed as part-time in the FY2015
Compensation Plan,the revised FY2015 Compensation Plan removes the reference to part-time;
AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recom1nend the compensation plan be amended to account for full-time
posltlons Rnd pRy 1Rtes;
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session tins
19'"day of December,2014,that the amended compensation plan for non-represented city
employees for FY2015,winch is attached hereto as Exlubit A and made past of this resolution,is
hereby approved,
