RESOLUTION 14-355
APPROVING AND ACCEPTING SANITARY SEWER KASKMKNT [LOT 27 INDIGO
RIDGE PLAT 1]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE ClTY OF WA USE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has previously approved the construction drawings for Grant
Woods Waukee Plat 1 {Resolution 814-327);AND,
WHEREAS,the developer was required to acquire an easement from an adjacent property
owner for the extension of a sanitary sewer easement {Lot 27 Indigo Ridge Plat 1);AND,
WHEREAS,the sanitary sewer easement has been provided to the City for acceptance.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that it hereby
approves and accepts the sanitary sewer easement across Lot 27 Indigo Ridge Plat 1.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 19"day of
December,2014.
