APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR BROOKRIDGE PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OI PVA USE,I08'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,J DEV,LLC has requested final approval of Brookridge Plat 1 (the "Plat"
formerly luiown as Brookside);AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Comnussion recommended approval of
the Plat on December 9,2014 subject to completion of remaining staff conmzents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Brookridge Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto will comply
with Section )303 —Land Subdivision Ordincmce of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of th.e City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 5 'day of Jainiary,2015,that the Final Plat for Brookridge Plat 1 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed (Street Lot A);
2.Public Storm Sewer Easement;
3.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
4.Public Snow Storage Easement;
5.Public Utility Easement;
6.Public Landscape Buffer Easement;
7.Public Overland Flowage Easement.
