RESOLUTION 15-005
APPROVING ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AGRKEMKNT FOR THE FIRE
DEPARTMENT INSPECTION PROGRAM SERVICES BETWEEN THK CITY OF
WAUKKK AND BRYCER,LLC,D/B/A "THK COMPLIANCE ENGINE"
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOIUTY OF THE CITY OF WAUEEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Fire Department sought services for Fire Department compliance
services;AND,
WHEREAS,The Compliance Engine is a web based system that connects AHJ's conunercial
entities and fire protection contractors delivering fire and life safety inspection reports in a
streamlined and efficient manner;AND,
WHEREAS,The Compliance Engine will electronically track any/all installations,
modifications,or maintenance to Fire Systems witbin the City's jurisdiction for Compliance of
Fire Code Standards and,electronically report such findings to the AHJ for a tliree year
renewable term with all fees being paid by third party inspectors.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 5'"day of January,2015,that the City Council of Waukee does hereby approve the
Agreement for Compliance Services setting forth the terms and conditions under which
compliance date will be maintained.
