RESOLUTION 15-018
APPROVING THK MAYOR'S APPOINTMKNT OF A REPRESENTATIVE AND
ALTERNATE TO THK WALNUT CREEK WATERSHED MANAGEMENT
AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THK YEAR 2015
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 7VAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,on February 18,2014,the Waukee City Council approved entering into a
28E agreement related to the Walnut Creek Watershed Management Authority
(Resolution ¹14-049);AND,
WHEREAS,according to the provisions of the 28E agreement,the City may appoint a
representative and an alternate to the Walnut Creek Watershed Management Authority
Board of Directors;
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard appoints Director of Development Services Bradly
M.Deets as the representative and Senior Planner Andy I&ass as the alternate to the
Walnut Creek Watershed Management Authority Board of Directors for calendar year
2015.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5'"day of January,2015,that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointments to
the Walnut Creek Watershed Management Authority Board of Directors.
