RESOLUTION 15-016
APPROVING THK MAYOR'S APPOINTMKNT OF REPRESENTATIVE AND
ALTERNATE TO THE WASTEWATER RECLAMATION AUTHORITY (WRA)
BOARD FOR 2015
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8A UEEE,IORM
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,according to the provisions of the 28E agreement the City of Waukee holds
with the Wastewater Reclamation Auth.ority (WRA),the City must annually appoint or
reappoint representatives to the WRA Board;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has one representative and one alternate on the WRA
Board;AND,
WHEREAS,for the calendar year 2015,Mayor William F.Peard appoints City
Adnunistrator Tun Moerman as the representative and Director of Public Works Jolm
Gibson as the alternate to the WRA Board.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session tins 5""day of January,2015,that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointments to
the Wastewater Reclamation Authority (WRA)Board.
