RESOLUTION 15-032
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [BLUESTKM]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHOMTY OF THE CITY OF SM USE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality witlun Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Gator Excavating of Grimes,IA,has completed the public improvements
associated with Bluestem;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Bluestem and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project are in
general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19"'day of January,2015,that it hereby accepts the public impr vements
associated with Bluestem.
