RESOLUTION 15-036
APPROVING THK SITE PLAN FOR WAUKKK COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
CENTER FOR ADVANCED PROFESSIONAL STUDIES (CAPS)FACILITY
(295 SE ASHWORTH ROAD)
IN THE NAVE AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A USE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Corrunission recormnended approval of
the Site Plan for Waukee Community School District Center for Advanced Professional Studies
(CAPS)on December 16,2014;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Waukee Community School District Center for Advanced
Professional Studies (CAPS)is in general conformance with $304 —Site and Building
Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Mtnlicipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Waukee Community School District Center for Advanced
Professional Studies (CAPS)is in general conformance with )301.27(A)—Landscaping and
Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 19th day of January 2015 that the Site Plan for Waukee Corrnnunity School District Center
for Advanced Professional Studies (CAPS)is approved subject to a separate Development
Agreement related to Ashworth Road Improvements and a separate Development Agreement
related to sanitary sewer.
