RESOLUTION 15-023
ADOPTING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR
FISCAL YEARS 2016-2020
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOMTY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Administrator has submitted a recommended Capital Improvement
Program (CIP)for fiscal years 2016 through 2020;AND,
WHEREAS,Code of Iowa (384.15(3)requires a public hearing on tbe recon+Tiended
Capital iinprovement Program prior to adoption;AND,
%'HKRKAS,on January 5,2015,the Waukee City Council set the public hearing for
January 19,2015,at 5:30 p.m.to consider the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
for fiscal years 2016 through 2020,and public notice of such hearing was published as
provided by law;AND,
WHEREAS,members of the public interested in the City's Capital Improvement
Program (CIP)for fiscal years 2016 through 2020 have been given the oppoitunity to
present to the City Council on the matter.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session tins 19 'day of January,2015,that the City of Waukee Capital Improvement
Program (CIP)for fiscal years 2016 tlwough 2020 is hereby approved and a ted.
