RESOLUTION 15-034
APPROVING AND ACCEPTING SIDEWALK KASKMKNT [LOT 26 PAINTED
WOODS PLAT 2]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHOMTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOPVA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has previously approved the final plat for Painted Woods Plat
2 (Resolution 007-20);AND,
WHEREAS,during construction of the home on Lot 26 of Painted Woods Plat 2,it was
determined that the sidewalk along Black Bear Pointe would not fit within the confines of the
City Right of Way;AND,
WHEREAS,the sidewalk easement has been provided to the City for acceptance.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that it hereby
approves and accepts the sidewalk easement across Lot 26 Painted Woods Plat 2.
