RESOLUTION 15-033
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [SPYGLASS PLAT 2]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF kVA USE,IOPM
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Gator Excavating of Grimes,IA,has completed the public improvements
associated with Spyglass Plat 2;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Spyglass Plat 2 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project
are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19'"day of January,2015,that it hereby accepts the public im vements
associated with Spyglass Plat 2.
