RESOLUTION 15-048
APPROVING THK CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
AUTUMN RIDGE PLAT 1
JN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE ClTY OF WA UEEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Autunm Ridge Plat
1;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section )303 —Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on tins 2"day of February,2015 that the Construction Drawings for Autumn Ridge
Plat 1 be approved.
